We had a very vivid and live discussion about marketing, specifically for restaurants. Five excellent speakers answered many questions and shared their expertise by explaining cases and examples.

You can speak with the client to learn about the features of his world so you can consider this scenario when creating advertisements and offers.

If you use modern digital services, it will be easier for you to attract and retain guests. For example, Instagram should be your priority. You can also get a tik-tok and partner with influencers. Read content and track key metrics of your competitors to take inspiration.
You need to build effective direct ordering channels and create a delightful and rewarding experience by following the 11 rules of a good app campaign we shared. Don't just show your menu, communicate.

Your purpose, positioning, voice, look and service - is what makes up a memorable experience. This is what makes you a restaurant that not only attracts customers  but keeps them coming back.
